Project Overview

Org Day was a large-scale employee event created to bring teams together through awards, activities, branded apparel, and shared community experiences. For this project, I developed the event’s visual identity and supporting design materials, including the event logo, T-shirt design direction, stage banners, and award vouchers.

Beyond the design work, I also supported event execution by assisting with backstage preparation, front-of-house organization, check-in flow, shirt distribution, and swag distribution. This project allowed me to connect visual branding with the real attendee experience, ensuring the event felt organized, cohesive, and professionally presented from arrival to awards.

Design Deliverables

The visual direction for Org Day needed to feel professional, energetic, and flexible enough to work across apparel, large-format banners, printed vouchers, and event materials. I focused on creating a clean and recognizable identity that could be carried across multiple formats while supporting the overall event experience.

Creative Contributions

  • Designed the event logo to establish a recognizable visual identity

  • Coordinated the T-shirt design to align with the event branding

  • Created banner designs to support event visibility and atmosphere

  • Designed vouchers as part of the award system for team members

Event Production Support

  • Assisted with backstage production setup and live event preparation

  • Helped organize front-of-house setup for a smooth guest experience

  • Assigned and coordinated key front-of-house roles, including check-in, shirt distribution, and swag distribution
